Patch?
Yes we can! At
Design-It, Inc. we make creating custom patches both fun and easy.
Send us your idea via fax, e-mail, or let our staff of artists help
you create the perfect design for your next event. Our 200 piece
minimum order requirement means that even your smaller event can
have a special emblem. Let us know your budget and event date.
We'll do our best to meet both. For more information on custom

When can I expect my order
to be delivered?
While delivery times may vary, nearly all of our
stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. This does vary during peak
months. We recommend calling if your event or ceremony is fast
approaching. Internet orders made on the weekend will be processed
on the next business day.
We ship via US First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and UPS. All
shipping times are based on information provided to us by the
shipping companies. Priority Mail has an average delivery time of 2
to 3 business days to most parts of the United States. However, it
could take up to 7 business days for your package to arrive.
UPS has provided us with the following Time-In Transit information,
these are average times and not guaranteed.

What is your return
policy?
30 day return policy Design-It, Inc. welcomes
the return of any unused stock patches,
charms, crafts, and scrapbooking items for up to 30 days from the
date shown on the invoice.
Custom and Conversion merchandise are not returnable.
For consumer protection stock t-shirts are not
returnable.
